Winter conditions are making for some hit or miss fishing at the moment. Steelhead are present in every stream open to fishing at this point and most rivers are running on the high side, but still very fishable. Temps are remaining in the mid thirties and will stay that way for awhile since we are going to have temps in the teens for a few nights. The best presentation in the river has been float fishing with spawn or waxies. Fly anglers are picking up some fish on eggs and stones. The harbors are fishing very well for coho and most are throwing bucktail jigs and cleos for them. The shop is fully stocked for all your spring fishing needs and we have a couple openings for spring steelhead trips.
